TRAINING FOR TRAINERS

Knowing content or being a specialist is not enough; getting your message across requires an entirely different set of skills. This workshop will share the “secrets” used by professional trainers. It will combine short lecture, discussions, skill practice, modeling and problem-solving to give you practical techniques for making your training stick. This course will provide participants with the skills and techniques necessary to maximize their effectiveness at in-house training and shift briefings. It is an appropriate course for full-time or part-time trainers. Previous training experience is not necessary.
