	Review differing needs these generations exhibit in the workplace.
	Identify potential trainer, supervisor, and manager pitfalls related to those characteristics.
	Work on real world solutions to identify and address techniques that will reach out, touch, and enhance employee engagement.
	Develop a job aid that can assist you in addressing employees from differing generations on many topics.
