It seems easy, just talk to someone about all you know, right? Being an effective mentor takes a lot more than just giving kindly advice. We will explore the variety of ways that you can mentor someone. Learn and practice the most effective methods of communication that will help your mentor relationship work for both you and your mentee. You will also learn how to outline an effective process to develop and maintain a positive mentor relationship.
