“Everybody has a boss,” a statement so eloquently phrased by Michael LeBouef, Ph.D., in his book and video titled Managing Up. All of us have someone we either report to or who reports to us. It is important to understand the relationships that encourage good work and those that discourage good work. Participants will learn how their behavior influences how they are treated by supervisors and managers. They will also learn how their behavior is influenced by those who report to them.

This workshop will explore how you can manage those people at a different organizational level than you.
