MOTIVATING THE MARGINAL EMPLOYEE:
A STUDY IN RESISTANCE AND CHANGE

Understanding the principles and practical strategies of motivation allows a manager to focus specific attention on marginal employees, in the hope that this attention will reduce resistance and foster change.

This workshop is designed to provide specific techniques that managers can utilize, that will immediately help the marginal employee reassess their behavior and initiate positive changes at work. Participants will learn: the causes of resistance and what resistant behavior looks like, the manager's tasks at various stages of the employee’s change, and possible barriers to success.
