shift from worker to supervisor can present people with some unpleasant
surprises. One day they are expected to be doers and the
next day they
are directing former co-workers. What do they do now? How do they act?
This workshop is designed for individuals who are contemplating a move
into supervision or who have been promoted into
supervision within the
last six months. The workshop will give participants an understanding
of the role of the supervisor and the
rewards and challenges they can
anticipate. |
