This workshop is designed to enhance the ability of individuals to see old concepts with new eyes. It will stimulate participants to produce new ideas for new programs, employee relations, organization structure, etc. The workshop will address the roadblocks which are erected by ourselves and others to maintain the status quo. For continued success we need to be able to sustain this process not until the completion of the latest project, but as a philosophy for doing business.

The workshop provides exposure to a philosophy which allows for creative thinking to continue long after the workshop ends.
