This course will familiarize participants with widely used methods to set project objectives, generate descriptive project work plans, and oversee the day to day processes of project management. It is aimed at the needs of supervisors, managers, and support staff to learn the use of project management methodologies and tools to successfully create results-oriented project plans and program implementation.
